As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers and  customers, the heart of our business and our top priority. We want to keep you informed that we at 139DEC have introduced a number of preventative measures during these unprecedented times.

Do not worry about your further orders: all 139DEC employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, working areas are maintained hygienically and all shipping packaging are sanitised prior to shipping.

We will continue to provide you with the best customer experience possible, so it’s business as usual on our website and we are delivering parcels as normal with tracking updates. We have also extended the period for returns and exchanges to 90 calendar days from the date of delivery for all orders.

We hope that each and every one of you is taking all necessary steps to stay safe during this strange and difficult times. We are optimistic that we will all emerge from this better and stronger than before. Stay home and safe as much as you can.
