Due to the pandemic, we are extending our return policy to 90 days. If 90 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Types of Returns
- In order to start the exchange or refund process please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Stating the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a return.
- Once completed, we will send a confirmation email with instructions for the return shipment. Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to 139DEC avoiding any discrepancy. Items that will not match 139DEC’s return policy will not be taken into consideration and send back to the customer at his own cost.
- Returns must be shipped within 90 days of the order’s delivery date.
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same item is available. Please note that an item can only be exchanged once.
Any customs fees for the shipment of a new size are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
Sale & Promotional Items Returns
As soon as the return has been processed, you will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. The code may be used on the next order placed on 139DEC.COM. We will also offer you a free shipping on your next order.
Please follow attentively all given instructions. If the instructions are not followed correctly, Customs may apply import fees. These fees will be the Client’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund.
Partial Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by 139DEC.COM.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Return Terms & Conditions
Items purchased during seasonal sale periods are eligible for Store Credit only.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
- In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. 139DEC.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
- Pickups for all authorized returns with 139DEC.COM’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
- In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, 139DEC.COM reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
139DEC.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.
In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
If an unauthorized return is accepted, 139DEC.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
